UHRICHSVILLE � City council will be naming its representative to the Twin City Water and Sewer District Board of Directors, hopefully in July, according to Council President Mick Donato.
Donato said that any resident of the city interested in serving on the board should send a letter of application to him at the city building at 305 E. 2nd St., Uhrichsville, by the May 22 deadline.
The appointment is for a three-year term beginning Sept. 1. Candidates for the position will be interviewed in June.
The five-member board is made up of a representative of Dennison and Uhrichsville councils and both mayors. Those four then select a fifth member. The board meets the third Thursday of each month at 6 p.m.
